Elizabeth Gamsin started Agile Capital in 2020 after recognizing that the COVID-19 pandemic would cause disruption in the commercial and residential real estate markets for years to come. She previously worked at Avenue Capital Group aiding in the acquisition, leasing, construction and asset management of an adaptive reuse development in East Hollywood. Before that, she worked at Bellwether Asset Management, where she was responsible for the management of Oaktree Capital Group’s commercial real estate investments. Prior to Bellwether, Elizabeth worked in Oaktree Capital’s real estate group, at JRK Property Holdings and began her career at Jefferies LLC.
